REO-ECO launches a new factory turning polyester waste into recycled filament yarn—fully in-house, smart, and transparent.

New Recycling Factory Launch! REO-ECO’s new factory is officially up and running. A fully vertical, in-house production process that transforms polyester waste into 100% recycled filament yarn. By keeping production in one facility with a fixed recipe, we ensure repeatable quality, reduced resource use, and unmatched transparency. It’s a smarter way to recycle—built for performance, efficiency, and traceability. Equipped with world-class machinery from Oerlikon Barmag and TMT, the facility sets new standards for the industry and marks a major step forward in our mission to reshape synthetic material recycling.
Production

The facility is designed to handle up to 150,000 tons of polyester waste per year, converting it into high-quality filament yarn.

We’re beginning with DTY (draw textured yarn) and will gradually expand to include FDY (fully drawn yarn) and POY (partially oriented yarn)—offering a broader range of products for diverse textile applications.

Smart, Efficient, and Impact-Driven

This is direct spinning at its most effective: from waste to yarn, in one integrated line. This streamlined approach dramatically reduces energy, water, and raw material usage—helping us minimize environmental impact while maximizing output.

Certified to Standards That Matter

The factory complies with local environmental regulations and is currently undergoing GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification. Sustainability isn’t just a claim—it’s something we verify.

Powered by People and Expertise

Behind the machines is a team of specialists: polymer scientists, engineers, and technicians working together to drive innovation in circular production. The facility have a LAB where where the team is contantly doing testing on our production.
