Recycled Dope-Dye Yarn
Dope dyeing, colour is added before the yarn is spun. meaning the pigment is built into the fibre itself, not applied on the surface.
This method eliminates the need for water in the dyeing stage and enhances the performance, durability and improves efficency.
Process
Process
PET Waste
Waste bottles, Cutting waste.
Flakes + Masterbatch
The waste is cleaned and shredded into flakes. We mix the flakes with colour pigments (called masterbatch), following a set formula.
Liquid
The flakes and pigments are melted together into a coloured liquid
Spinning
The liquid goes through a spinneret, forming thin, coloured filaments.
Yarn
These filaments are combined to create strong, dope-dyed recycled yarn.
Weaving & Knitting
The yarn is used in weaving or knitting, creating fabric with consistent colour throughout.
Fabric
The result is a high-performance fabric; durable, colourfast, and resource-smart
Product
The fabric is used in products that need to last—especially where durability, UV resistance, and longevity is essential.

Waterless colouring
No water is used in the dyeing stage, saving a precious resource from the start.
Low chemical use
Pigments are added directly into the polymer, reducing the need for harsh chemicals.
Energy efficient
By eliminating the traditional dyeing step, the process becomes faster and uses less energy.
